The Opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a Lucky North Representative to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Lucky North Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with Lucky North Club members.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests to the Lucky North gaming areas and assist with member sign ups
  • Assist with guest requests and resolve issues that may arise
  • Communicate and promote the Lucky North Club brand to members and guests including member privileges, promotions, and events
  • Run and execute a variety of promotions

What will you bring?

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident making announcements using a microphone
  • RSA, RSG and Food Safety certificates
  • Obtain and maintain a Casino Operative’s Licence
