Delaware North Australia is seeking dedicated and experienced Security Shift Managers to join our dynamic team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. The Security Shift Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the casino, its guests, employees, and assets.

• Lead and motivate a team of Security Officers, ensuring all team members are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
• Oversee daily operations, including guest behaviour monitoring, gaming activities, and security incidents
• Manage shift scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate security coverage
• Respond to security-related incidents, including disturbances, evacuations, and emergencies, ensuring the safety of guests and staff
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for security team members
• Conduct regular audits and inspections such as fire safety, locks, lost property and first aid

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the Security industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A commitment to upholding high standards of safety, security, and customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security systems
• Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
• NT Security & Crowd Control licence, RSA & RSG certificates
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Operatives Licence
