Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring they understand Keno and respond to any queries regarding game rules or payouts
  • Actively promote our loyalty program, recruiting new team members and identifying potential VIP customers
  • Maintain machine integrity, monitoring for any suspicious activity and reporting faults
  • Assist in implementing promotions and marketing initiatives to increase player engagement

What will you bring?

  • Proven experience in delivering superior customer service
  • Experience in a Keno or TAB environment highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • RSA, RSG and Food Safety certifications
  • Willing to obtain and maintain a Casino Operatives Licence
