The Opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a Resort Attendant to join our team at Lizard Island Resort. As a Resort Attendant, you will work within our Activites Team ensuring the smooth and effective running of the department. As the front of house representative of our Beach Club, daily tasks include; greeting guests, booking activities, checking indemnities, creating tour manifests, briefing kayak and stand up paddle board use and assisting the Coxswains and Dive Instructors. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • Assist with setting up tours, fitting guests for snorkel equipment as well as handling guest inquiries and activities coordination 
  • Ensure Beach Club is clean, well-stocked, and meets quality standards 
  • General Beach club administrative tasks, including creating manifests and bookings

What will you bring?

  • Experience in a high-end guest service capacity
  • Experience with Opera & Microsoft Suite
  • A passion for the hospitality and tourism industry
  • Australian First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009)
  • RSA Certificate (QLD)
  • PADI or SSI Divemaster qualification highly regarded
