• Provide friendly reception services to assist our staff, contractors, and suppliers.
• Support the Property Services Supervisor/Manager with contract coordination and work orders, including tracking and following up on completed tasks.
• Manage service and maintenance requests efficiently.
• Facilitate contractor sign-ins and access control for external stakeholders.\
• Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable documents in line with statutory requirements.
• Deliver general administration support to keep the Property Services department running smoothly.

• Experience in the construction or hospitality industry.
• A background in providing senior administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial administration experience and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with FMI (desirable but not essential).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A motivated, enthusiastic approach and the ability to take on challenges.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as our business demands.
