Delaware North Australia is seeking casual Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join our dynamic team at Perth Airport, working across our vibrant bars. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong bartending skills, a flair for mixing drinks and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in bartending and drink preparation, serving food and beverages and creating memorable guest experiences. You'll also lead and motivate the team to consistently deliver high-quality service and ensure smooth operations. • Lead a food and beverage team in this fast-paced, high-volume venue
• Train and develop team members, sharing your passion, and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated work ethic
• Adhere to compliance and operational requirements
• Drive change by implement upselling and promotional programs
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs for a great dining experience

• Hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
• WA Approved Manager Card
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Bartender skills with beer, wine and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable 
• Food Safety Certificate
• Food service, barista and/or bar experience advantageous 
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
