The Opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Adelaide Airport. In this role, you'll lead our team in delivering high-quality food and beverages, ensuring memorable guest experiences. We're looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

** Flexible availability required – must be able to start as early as 4am starts

Responsibilities

  • Lead a food and beverage team in this fast-paced, high-volume venue
  • Train and develop team members, sharing your passion, and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic, and self-motivated work ethic
  • Adhere to compliance and operational requirements
  • Drive change by implement upselling and promotional programs
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs for a great dining experience. 

What will you bring?

  • Hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Food service, barista and/or bar experience advantageous
