Delaware North Australia is hiring a highly motivated full-time Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. • Effectively supervise and support kitchen team members during rostered shifts, ensuring consistent professional approach
• Complete rosters in line with modern award and work right restrictions
• Train team members, ensuring they are prepared for banquet events and aware of kitchen requirements
• Deep cleaning of kitchen areas and ensuring tasks are completed to exceptional standards
• Ensure hygiene and work health and safety requirements are adhered to in line with correct processes

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role, in either a stewarding or kitchen environment

• Understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, chemical handling, food safety, hazard analysis and critical control points, plus work health and safety requirements

• Good presentation skills, written and verbal communication, fluency in English, and computer literacy skills

• Ability to work a 7-day roster with well-groomed presentation, including morning and evening shifts, public holidays, and weekends
