The Opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a Porter to join their team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the hotel. The Porter role is key to ensuring a personalised experience throughout their stay. We are looking for Porters who can provide exceptional service, assist guests with their needs, and maintain the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests on arrival and assist throughout their stay
  • Manage luggage to and from rooms
  • Guide guests to their rooms, explaining amenities
  • Build rapport and resolve guest concerns courteously
  • Conduct valet services and secure room and vehicle keys

What will you bring?

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role
  • Experience in a 5-star hotel environment
  • Knowledge of Movielink and Vingcard systems advantageous
  • Valid manual NT full driver’s licence
  • Must have H+CPV endorsement licence
