As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for liaising with guests on the phone, selling our hotel, and confirming and inputting reservation information. • Manage a high volume of guest telephone enquiries, converting sales and reservations through exceptional customer-relationship skills
• Maintain strong knowledge of our products to provide guests with accurate and immediate information in areas including room rates, types, and availability
• Liaise with our past guests and direct clientele, tailoring specialised itineraries to meet their needs and expectations
• Respond to guest enquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
• Follow and maintain all quality assurance standards

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Must have a working knowledge of property management systems such as Opera
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong administration skills and fantastic phone etiquette
• Focus on attention to detail and accuracy
