Stores Manager, Melbourne Airport

Delaware North Australia are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the daily operation of our warehouse department at Melbourne Airport. In this role, you will manage a small team and be responsible in maintaining stock levels of core products in our business. This role is heavily involved in HACCP Food Safety Standards and OHS regulations.

•  Receiving, distribution and transferring of physical inventory
• Maintaining a delivery log and checking all items versus the purchase orders
• Overseeing HACCP and OHS compliance
• Managing reporting and inventory ongoing
• Communicate any supplier, quality control or shipping issues with the General Manager and Operations Manager 

•  Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a warehouse environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and provide clear concise instructions
• Food Safety Certificate
• Experience with database management computer systems
• Strong manual handling ability
• Proficient in numeracy and literacy 
• Flexibility to work across various days, weekends and public holidays
• Early morning availability (5AM) is required
